Account & Data Deletion for Attend-in

This page provides instructions on how to permanently delete your Attend-in account and all associated data directly from within the application.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account by following these steps inside the Attend-in app:

1. Navigate to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the "Edit Profile" button.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the "Edit Profile" screen.
4. Tap the "Delete Account" button.
5. For your security, you will be required to re-enter your password to confirm your identity and finalize the deletion process.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.

When you confirm the deletion, the following data associated with your account will be permanently erased from our servers:

• Your user profile (Username, Email, Phone Number, etc.).
• All your attendance records (clock-ins and clock-outs).
• All your leave and overtime request history.
• Any photos you have uploaded (Profile Picture, Workplace Photo).
• Your authentication credentials.

There is no retention period; your data is removed immediately upon your confirmation.
