Managing Your Data in Attend-in

At Attend-in, we believe in giving you control over your data. You can delete specific pieces of information without having to delete your entire account. This page explains how.

How to Delete Specific Data

Deleting Individual Clocking or Leave Records

If you made a mistake or wish to remove a specific day's record, you can do so directly from your activity log:

  1. Navigate to the Activity tab in the app.
  2. Use the navigation arrows to find the date of the record you wish to delete.
  3. Find the specific clock-in, clock-out, or leave entry in the list.
  4. Tap the trash can icon next to the entry you wish to remove.
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deleting Your Workplace or Profile Photo

You can remove photos you have uploaded at any time:

Editing or Removing Your Phone Number

You can remove your phone number by navigating to the Profile tab, tapping "Edit Profile," and clearing the text from the phone number field before saving.

Please note that deleting any of this data is a permanent action for that specific piece of information and cannot be undone.
